Menu Monday- Week 9

Hey y'all! I'm so excited to share with you what we are eating this week! I worked really hard at coming up with simple, delicious recipes that would not only be delish but would freeze well! I actually have not made any of these meals since before we started the Saturday cooking extravaganza! (nice title, huh?)

We started cooking on Saturday about 3:00 and got finished around 6:30... not bad for all that we made! Plus this week, I ran to the Dollar Tree and picked up some handy pans with lids. So things fit in our freezer better and we have even fewer dishes!

So this is not fancy but here's our freezer after all our cooking!
Here's what's on our menu this week!

My roast before I cooked it!
Pork Roast with Potatoes and Carrots (my favorite Sunday meal!)

Check our cooking blog for the recipe to this- coming this week!
Spinach Creamy Chicken Spaghetti (We named it Spinchetti. We used Pioneer Woman's recipe for a starting point)

Mine is actually a little different than this but this one is a very good recipe too! Click on the picture for the recipe!
Meatloaf and Mashed Potatoes (we froze the mashed potatoes too!)

Stuffed Bell Pepper Casserole (sorry, I have no recipe for this)

We made some new recipes and some that I will share on my cooking blog very soon. You can click on the text or the image to get the link to the recipe I used or one very similar!

What's on your menu this week? Link up and play along!

You're hilarious! We ate the spinchetti tonight and surprisingly, the kids loved it! I was worried because it has mushrooms and spinach in it but it was approved!

Haha! Well when I'm working, I don't really find time to cook either. That's why we started doing more on the weekends and just freezing them ahead of time! I think we all have our undomestic moments... when it comes to cleaning I'll c-ya later! ;)
