Hey y'all! I'm so excited to share with you what we are eating this week! I worked really hard at coming up with simple, delicious recipes that would not only be delish but would freeze well! I actually have not made any of these meals since before we started the Saturday cooking extravaganza! (nice title, huh?)
We started cooking on Saturday about 3:00 and got finished around 6:30... not bad for all that we made! Plus this week, I ran to the Dollar Tree and picked up some handy pans with lids. So things fit in our freezer better and we have even fewer dishes!

Oh my goodness. I was already hungry upon entering your blog. Now...well...I'm outta here. Off to the kitchen...and I must try these recipes...but now now. I'm too hungry to wait! Ha!

You're hilarious! We ate the spinchetti tonight and surprisingly, the kids loved it! I was worried because it has mushrooms and spinach in it but it was approved!
Haha! Well when I'm working, I don't really find time to cook either. That's why we started doing more on the weekends and just freezing them ahead of time! I think we all have our undomestic moments... when it comes to cleaning I'll c-ya later! ;)
